Cancellations

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no cost up to 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled service time.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a $30 fee to cover the cost of oil and filter that were prepared for your service.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will also be subject to this $30 charge.

Refunds

If payment has already been made:

• Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Cancellations within 48 hours will be refunded minus the $30 materials fee.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work.

If, for any reason, oil is leaking from the drain plug following your service, Atlas Mobile Auto Care will:

• Fix the issue free of charge

• Return at a time that is convenient for you
